We are experiencing technical difficulties on this server. Somewhere, in one of these websites, there is an offending process that is causing a cascading failure. In order to sort them out, we have to take all of the websites hosted on this server offline. The purpose is to get the resources back down to a baseline.
Once we've gotten the server back on an even keel, we will slowly start bringing each website back online. As we bring each one back online, we will be watching the resources being used.
This may take a day or two to get everything back up and running, but be sure that we are moving as fast as we can to fix this.
